PRAISE-HK, a 5-year project to develop a first of its kind air quality information mobile app, officially commenced on 1 November 2016. The HKUST Institute for the Environment held its first Science Meeting on 12 December 2016 (Monday) at the Hong Kong Club Building, gathering all of the Project Co-investigators, Project Consultants and task members in a full day of discussion.

Team leaders of the total 9 tasks (listed below) – each representing an important project component – presented their work-plans and had a fruitful discussion with one another. The meeting has effectively  facilitated mutual understanding and started building synergies important for the ongoing collaborations.
